Ingredients

  • 6 frozen (about 4 pounds) snow crab clusters

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons seafood boil seasoning (such as Old Bay)

  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.

    Arrange the crab clusters in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

  2. Season:

    Stir together the oil and seasoning in a small bowl. Brush over each crab cluster.
