As some of you may have noted here on the site and on our Instagram feed, I've fallen hard for sous vide cooking this year. It's been so much fun to learn a new way to cook! The Joule has been my tool of choice for this, and I highly recommend for anyone on your list who might be thinking about taking the plunge into sous vide.

This would be a great gift for a food-loving friend who already has everything.
